Credit and Financial

Financial service companies protect both financial assets and the trust of their customers. Because employees at financial institutions can easily commit fraud when placed in a position of trust, pre-employment screening for the finance industry is required by law.

In 2016, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority reported that 785 fraud and insider trading cases were referred for prosecution with $204.2 million levied in fines and restitution. These incidents could have been mitigated through an effective screening policy. When evaluating candidates for a position, credit and financial health reports are a valuable part of your background screening program—especially if a candidate will have accounting, check-writing, financial record, and managerial duties.

The reports we offer will provide insight into your candidate’s integrity and financial responsibility. If you are considering doing business with a company, we can help you confirm they are financially stable before you close on any business opportunities.
