Today I had an issue with an incomplete order that had been placed 10 days ago. Couldn't understand the delay. I called into Customer Service and was helped by Nikita Espinosa. Nikita was courteous, honest and followed through with my concern. She could not locate or see the file and I was told she would seek help from a specialist and call me back. How often have I heard that... and never to "hear back". But, not only did Nikita call me back, but she also followed with an email, which I totally appreciate as I can refer back to it when needed.
